Okay pal, both links are opening instantly for me,
i use Mozilla (Firefox), and have done for years.

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Download and install this, and i recommend you use
this browser from now on anyway, it's faster, and has
better security then the latest IE.

Try the second link first, run Windows Defender before
trying the other solution.
