Well it seems all works, a little slow but the only real problem is that my Internet won't load the angry video game nerd.

Listen pal, you NEED to download 'Windows Defender' or some other
spyware removal tool, but WD is among the best, and it's completely
free.
System Restore won't remove the virus, it'll only revert settings
back, but the virus will remain inherent in your system registry.
I'm not even sure is System Restore will change anything.

It's hard to know EXACTLY what to suggest because Trojan's always
behave in different ways. But the bottom line is you absolutely
NEED Windows Defender, it'll not only flush the trojan out, it'll
prevent you from getting it back.

Those links still don't work for you? Okay, they both work for me,
so go to google and write in 'download Windows Defender', 'click
on the first link that comes up', 'click on the Windows Defender' tab
in the center of the page', then download after verification.

If this still doesn't work buddy, then add me on MSN Messenger
and i'll send you the .exe file and talk you through the process
step by step. Ask for my MSN address if you need it.

You HAVE to remove this virus.
