Those two apps i sent you should look after you pal, once a week
or so just run a scan on each, they should always find any spyware
you have lurking around.

I haven't used a firewall or antivirus since service pack 2 came
out for Windows XP all those years ago.
Right now i'm running Windows Vista Premium 64 bit with no firewall
or antivirus, ONLY Windows Defender and that is all i use.

I have only ever had one virus, for nearly 10 years since i bought
my first PC, only one virus.

Antivirus/ firewall software only slows the system down, 99/100 times
you don't even need them.

I always recommend against system resource consuming programs
like Antivirus/ Firewall software.

Windows Firewall/ Windows Defender makes you virtually immune
from spyware and virus', practically any malicious software at all.
