No the original URL on the properties of the pic Cresh posted was the problem.

Priest is right though, could have just take one of the ones you posted in the first place and used the Avatar creator to resize it.

I didn't post a URL, I uploaded it as a message attatchment the first time, redownloaded it and it was still a gif, even if the file extention was hidden.

It wasn't a gif on the URL in the properties, thats why KMC wouldn't recognise it as such.

I've had the same problem with avatars here myself.

Yes but if you are uploading the sig via the URL because it hasn't got .gif at the end KMC won't recognise it, I had the same problem and it was a pain the arse!

It's nowhere near as reliable as simply downloading it and uploading it.

I never do usually but I was having problems converting a png to a jpeg so Passione said try it via URL, which was even worse!
