just back from my interview🙂

Updated page 1. For future reference, the banner-maker might want to make it a bit smaller, because right now it requires a fair amount of scrolling to see the whole thing on my screen.

Also, save as a jpg. It was a .png which takes up a ton more space. I had to load it and resave it on my cpu before I was able to upload it for use. png's also take longer to load.
