Tick try to follow the rules of the team or everyone will put you on ignore, simple as that. Remember you're just a visitor here. As for Red , I made him a reserve member during the time that the original council split up. I tried to make a reserve council, but that didn't work at the time. I believe that this current council is the best option in order for this team to move forward.
Red is a reserve member, and I've asked him to please follow our rules. I vote he can go as far as reserve in this team, but I'm only one vote. There are still 3 other council members that can bring this to the tables if they'd like too.

OK Tick called a team member immature without reason. In my book that's starting trouble in the clubhouse. A clear violation of rule 1. I'm currently putting him on ignore, and I will suggest everyone on the team does as well. If he persists bothering anyone I'll let the mods know about the problem. Thank you .
