OK personally I think ( with all due respect) Kaya over reacted here.
I mean she's taking KMC way to serious.
I mean I come on KMC to relieve stress not to add on any . And to be honest, that whole thing should have been resolved between Kaya and RJ via pm..Kaya boyfriend should have never gotten involved. I didn't really like the part when he tried Neo.

I used to use supplements like amino acids when I first started working out at the age of 16.
I'm 26 now and after 10 years, I don't feel the need to take any supplements. I just eat right, and exercise on a regular basis. Consistency is the name of the game friend.
