A Trojan is basically a sneaky Virus that will mess your PC up, you need to either revert your PC back by a day or so, use windows defender and remove it using anti-spyware, you may also want to remove your Internet system (firefox for example) then put it back on.....

My Dad has been slowly improving in the last few days. His condition is stable. There's a newer safer surgery to get his lungs to work properly
