Ok guys the secrets out. The teams getting a makeover. Look for the new changes in the teams opening post real soon. New team leaders and council members have been chosen.
I just received a confirmation pm from Digi, so the changes will happen soon. If anybody disagrees with any of the changes please just pm me.

I think the changes are spot on,
