I already made an unofficial rule about that stupid big smilie. It's too big to be anything but spam. So in case we aren't all aware, keep it out.
Incidentally, I and other mods are more than aware of the childish attempts at baiting and spam coming from this thread, largely by non-team members. I don't have to name names, because they know who they are. I'm not a fan of these team threads, but I'm also not going to close them based on the actions of a few immature members. If it continues, I won't be lenient, especially with members who should know better. The isn't the first time this has happened, but I'll make sure it's the last before the consequences become more severe.
