Spawn vs Evil Ernie

I'm not all that familiar with Spawn, so just use the most appropriate version to match up with Double E.

Spawn. He has a much greater arsenal of weapons than Ernie.

Any age Spawn would beat Ernie. Spawn has too many weapons, plus his has powers based off of his imagination. Ernie can command dead bodies, but Spawn can command other hellspawns.
