Well, it required ALL the energy and power inside both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker to take him out. Beyonder mentioned how it left Thor and BRB with hardly any power left.

He took no damage when fighting the hordes of Surtur even though BRB and Hercules were near death.

Kurse is weak to iron...what if the sword of power has iron qualities in its make-up?

He's not particularly weak to iron, it's only iron that is capable of harming him. Without having to resort to skyfather level power and such. Burying him in a pile of iron stopped him for a couple of hours :/

The man almost killed BRB with three punches.

Im sure He-Man can amp his strength beyond Kurse.

You've seen what kind of punishment BRB can take and Kurse dropped him in a couple of punches. He had Thor down faster than the destroyer.

He-man for the win. One of the few people stronger than PC Superman.

As mentioned above, He-man is as strong as he needs to be. It's kind of similar to how Spectre has enough power that he needs to overcome a foe, except with He-man it's strength that is granted.

Yeah, I suppose you can't overcome that.
