Also that ripoff hasn't demonstrated any type of superhuman agility\strength\good fighting skills (so Jack might rape her with her own hammer if he wishes), just a girl who talks with cities and runs around with oversized hammer. She appears in The Order series, her name is something I can't remember (Mullholland or Mudholland) and her surname is Black (sort of double homage both to Jack Hawksmoor and to Manchester Black).
On the other hand, that girl codenamed Veda can survive outside the cities as long as she wants, doesn't suffering from Jack's major weakness.
Her powers also were implanted into her, but since it wasn't done with advanced future technology, she's suppoced to die in a year term.
