Since when did being stupid actually get thumbs up on this forum. We've seen Thanos attacked by pretty much every notable hero in marvel time and time again. We've seen it from the front.. from the back.. and every which way. We've seen this from good guys and bad guys well above him. Yet nobody has been able to kill him and just rip his heart out as drax did. The plain presentation of the comic makes this clear... He says he is the only one...he says it's his destiny... he says how to kill him has been encoded in his dna... silver bullet.. Since when does not understanding plain english get thumbs up. When you think drax just coming up from behind and rippng his heart out, anybody could do is stupid. Yes anybody could go behind him and try... the point is drax had the code programmed into his dna on how to kill Thanos. They didn't need to make some elaborate method that nobody could replicate is that what some of you wanted... No they figured simple english was enough. Whether it looked easy or not.. he knew how to do so and pretty much anybody else DOES NOT. Period. Plus didn't you see the glow green aura around drax and how he was able to easily penetrate his shields... shields that was stood up to much more than a simple knife. I'm amazed how narration, art and plain simple english can allude some people.
Drax has fought Thanos before. They busted a planet with their first fight. Indeed, a stronger Drax got beat up by a weaker Thanos.
So a weaker Drax killing a stronger Thanos does lend credence to the notion that Drax's Thanos-killing ability finally clicked on.
But in my opinion, Thanos being vulnerable to Drax =/= Thanos only being killable by Drax. He's skirted death several times since his Death upgrade.

I personally don't see Drax being the Mount Doom to Thanos's One Ring. Perhaps I can accept Drax being the only being in his power class who could have a decent shot of killing Thanos but certainly not the only one in existence.
