Thanos would have a chance if you give him some prep and allow plot items, but otherwise he'd lose.

Zom would not lose to the Hulk. If it's WWH you're talking about, that was only a fraction of Zom that possessed Dr. Strange. Even so, Dr. Strange paused after knocking the Hulk down because there was fear that he couldn't control the power and that's when the Hulk beat Dr. Strange. After that, the essence left Dr. Strange and found the Hulkbuster armour.
