The Shrike vs . . . EVERYTHING!!!!!!

The Shrike (from Hyperion etc) attacks the Earth with intent to kill once that is done it attacks the rest of the universe.

For purposes of sanity I'll cap the people who can help at Skyfather level.

Well, the Shrike is definitely pretty damn powerful, it's speed exceeds the Flash, and it has a time manipulation power similar to Zoom's, and it's durability and attacks and endurance are pretty incredible as it is the avatar of a god. I'd probably say the few people that can help at all are: Dr. Strange, Silver Surfer, and Thanos, who probably will need prep.

Let's assume that whgat you said is true, why would he need super speed comparable to flash when he has Time manipulation like Zoom?

His time manip (and hence speed) isn't actually very similar to Zoom anyway.
