Not completely close comparison but for Spawn's respective universe it would be like Michael and Lucifer getting back together for a reunion tour and Rune KingThor would be the akin to Jim Corrigan Specter at his average being the bouncer at the concert. Still ridiculously powerful but just not in the same tier. There was nothing that could threaten spawn at that point other than spawn himself. Was honestly hoping for Spawn to end at that point. Felt right to me.

RKT is strong but he's still only a top tier elder god such as Gaia, Cthon, and their ilk.... 4th Age Spawn was utterly unassailable. I've never been overly impressed with Spawn characters, especially the supposed supreme beings. If they were so powerful why couldn't they free themselves from the bodies of two mortal toddlers?

I vaguely remember the Angel one. That was in another series iirc. While it looks good, that's like the only character ever Spawn related that did more than planetary, ignoring the various Hell dimensions.
Not saying one character wins, although power scaling which is all we can base RKT makes it look in his favor... just that I believe you might be mistaken on the "universe" part.

A weakened Odin enchanted a blade that was capable of creating a dimension, a golden apple that Odin enchanted warped the Earthly plane (On the same scale as God Spawn's big feat IIRC), he casually recreated Infinity's damage across the Universe, his dark counterpart negated the Entropy of a Universe etc. This obsession with tiers is ridiculous. The Odin Force has operated on a Universal, transdimensional, and even Multiversal scale. And with the revelations that the World Tree is a Megaverse with each of the Nine Worlds being fully formed Universes, it's even more impressive. The Odin Force sustains not only Asgard, but the Nine Worlds.
Based on what was Zera, a Skyfather? 😬 Pretty sure it wasn't a one-shot either.
I don't have my Spawn collection anymore but I'm pretty sure that Armageddon ended with Spawn recreating the Earth and locking the gates of Hell/Heaven, not the entire Universe.
For the record, Universal level power is not above the Odin Force.
