I'll concede that some of the novels more abstract beings Lobo can't kill (simply because he can't grab them).About the warp in his chest, he'll just grow more Lobos....
Lobo is what the Carnifexes WANT to be, nigh unstoppable self-repplicating monsters.
So you are saying that Lobo DNA would override the Tyranids Queen ability to take organic matter and create new warriors, I don’t think so. They can transmute any organic matter from any world or any species to what ever they need or want. I don’t know what you mean by kicking the planet into the warp? As for Lobo I’m sorry he couldn’t do squat in the warp, if it didn’t kill him outright which I say should happen even to Superman he would be stuck there.
There are so many living gods in the 40k that could simply make him not exist that it is not even funny and god like warriors that would but Superman to shame. Chaos gods that make and destroy worlds on a whim, some of the ancient Eldar Avatars are cosmic level beings, Necrons that are living metal that die and come back and the C’Tan. These are just some that would wipe Lobo from existence.

Lobo is a 'funny' character, ergo everythign he does is ridicoulously overpwoered.
Were talking 'bout a guy who scales his strength, durability ect on his own whims.
