Sivva was defeated by Orion and Superman alone and was nothing special at all.

Imperiex cant defeat a sundipped Superman.

Team one simply overwhelms them and wins easily.

I think that Dark Phoenix in particular is not up to the task, is a relatively weak incarnation and we are talking about two universal thrashers at the very least.
