Crazy Girlfriend

So my girlfriend is a bit crazy... I love her to death but she just loses it sometimes and does insane things. I'm not sure how to deal with it anymore. She acts a lot like the girl in this when she flips out. http://youtube.com/watch?v=HMxdrKxL7kM

Does anyone have any ideas of how to calm her down or maybe some suggestions on how to help her?
