I mean, we've all seen that pressure points can work against him (I refer to Daredevil striking Wolvie in the throat--weak spot/pressure point depending on the source--and putting him down that way).
- Wolverine and Spiderman where shown to have well below normal levels of intellect.
- Spiderman, Wolverine and Daredevil were some how unable to detect Punisher from 30 feet away and unable to detect a rocket being fired at them. There superhuman senses and spider sense were completely ignored through out the arc.
- Logan a man with superhuman senses able to pick up the slightest of scents was some how tricked into drinking acid I believe.
- Spiderman a man who can detect real threats from fake ones and who has genius level intellect was somehow tricked into believing fake harmless bombs were the real deal.
- Hulk was somehow put down from explosives by the Punisher.
- Wolverine was not Knocked out by getting punch into the next stated in the arc, but then was put down by a Adam’s apple shot while berserker no less.
That is only, but a few of the reasons, and PIS events that occurred through out the arc. So as you can see it is not a very good source of evidences to uses in supporting wolverine being put down from pressure points/weak spots.
Now for reason two on why I disagree with your assumption that pressure point assaults will work against wolverine based on the fact Daredevil Adams apple shot worked in Marvel Knights Punisher is because of the fallowing
- It is not even a pressure point attack.
- Logan has taken far worse damage the same area with out being stunned let a lone dropped while berserker.
- Logan has literally been stabbed through the throat and kept on fighting with out pauses. If you wish for evidences feel free to PM me and I will glad provide it in the thread. I am not on much at all, so PM is the best way to get the evidences you desire from me.
Now for the final reason I disagree with your assumption on weak points/ pressure points effecting wolverine to the point of putting him down is do the fallowing reasons.
- In Daredevil 54, echo assaults Wolverine with pressure point attacks and all that she is able to achieve is to make him angry, with no signs of effecting his performances in battle
- In wolverine 1982 issue 1, Wolverine is poisoned and assault multiple times by pressure point shots that are meant to kill and not only does he not die, but keeps on fighting. This is back when his healing factor was vastly inferior to what it can do now a days and he was poisoned.
That all I have left to say about this topic on the effectiveness of pressure point assaults on wolverine which I believe to have little to no effect on him. I come to this conclusion based on the evidences I have seen from years of reading his comics, but this is only my opinion you are welcome to disagree.

TMNT, due to the fact that I'm not going to bother taking Wolverine seriously anymore, not after his magical healing phase, healing from a metal skeleton which is pure bullshit.TMNT are really fond of working as "one". They'd down him in one way or another, eventually.
What real chance do they have if their best chance of avoiding certain death is to keep their distance, but have to get up close to attack? He can slice through their weapons and hides with ease. I can see this going the way of just about every Wolverine vs. The Hand scenario, and that is with Wolverine standing around a pile of mutilated ninjas.
