Rugal versus Ryu armed with the True Dragon Sword = Ryu without a doubt. The TDS's spiritual power is immense and would work very effectively against someone with evil intent such as Rugal, especially Ultra Rugal.

Rugal versus Ryu with the Plasma Saber Mk.II is a no brainer. One swipe from that weapon would mean the end of Rugal's life, period. This is exactly why someone like Akuma can't stand up to a Jedi's lightsaber. 😮‍💨
