I suspect DC tech. To be fair in DC characters seem to be more powerful than marvel ones so the tech is probably more powerful.
dc doesnt have more powerful characters at all.

Ultimate Nullifer ftw.

un is pretty damn awesome.

Being how Batman is the smartest person on Earth (DC), and Iron Man is one of the smartest on Earth (Marvel), and Tony has a much more advanced suit, I'd give it to Marvel.

Batman 1million?

Sorry I mean heroes and villains.

I'm leaning towards marvel.. Because well... 🙄
They've got Reed Richards you know.. 😉

Also, the celestial nullifier. Not the "weapon" the celestials use but the weapon Roma and Merlyn have at their disposal....where blast destroys a universe.

however this is needs some parameters...i.e. all tech ever featured in dc/marvel, or only present tech?

It really depends on the scope of what we're looking at.

Marvel has cosmic cubes - Beyonder technology, as referenced can manipulate whole universes and such. Using a handful of cosmic cubes you can rebuild a universe from scratch, etc..

On the other hand, DC has the Worlogog: "The Worlogog was an ancient artifact containing a map of space/time from Big bang to End Point in miniature."

PC Lex had some pretty decent technology :/

marvel has the edge in villains for sure.

PC DC technology was pretty uber:

Gotta love it when a coffee boy at a newspaper office is smart enough to do brain surgery on Superman, build timemachines out of spare parts, and build Superman robots with goofy control mechanisms:

Of course, when it comes to building tech, Lex is the top tier, creating a time machine to attack Superman with out of a few cans of concentrated orange juice, a flashlight, and a spring:

Seriously you really can't say both universes have uber tech...Marvel has the UN and then theres like the Worlogog or the Genesis Box for DC...This thread can only lead to Marvel vs DC...who do you like more?

I guess that depends on how much you believe in the miracle power of orange juice and flashlights, where even a lowly coffee boy at a newspaper company can do brain surgery and create time machines.

Batman is not the smartest person on DC Earth; Lex Luthor is smarter. Tony is not the smartest man on Marvel Earth; Reed Richards and Doctor Doom are both smarter.

dr doom is greater than lex luthor.

as a villain probably...but smarter...i don't think there is much difference.

But can Dr. Doom make a time vortex machine, with nothing but some used cans of concentrated orange juice, a spring, and a flashlight?
smartw00t

The Alien Ship tech that nearly killed the actual Phoenix Force must be ill.

The Celestial Nullifier can erase any Universe in the Marvel Omniverse.

Reed's tech, (discovered the Negative Zone, a freakin Nexus) Time Machine,
Super Canon that actually for a moment helped in stalling the Cosmics.
(Pis, butwhadayagonnado) 🙂

Dark Angel's tech is rediculous,
I have an issue where she blows the embodiments of Concepts
through her chest into another Reality.

Kang rules 1,712 Universes with his tech.

One Cosmic Cube created an Universe from scratch in the hands of Doom,
and mind you it was a baby Cube,
and it still managed to merge the 616 Universe with the Universe it had created for Doom.
This same Cube created another Two Universes from scratch
and stacked them one on top of the other as they were created.

3 UniverseS in all were created and stacked on top of 616 (merged)

The entire Omniverse was nearly destroyed by this madness,
Roma interfered:

CHAOS ENGINE -

Cosmic Cube created by Dr. Doom, used in effort to Re-Write Reality,
actually merged Earth-616 and Earth-892 to form
Earth-Chaos Engine: Dr. Doom by Dr. Doom,

then used to further merge/Re-structure that Reality by Magneto to form
Earth-Chaos Engine: Magneto,

and then again by the Red Skull to form
Earth-Chaos Engine: Red Skull;

these alterations affected the entire Omniverse and threatened all Reality

Marvel.com itself accepts this as 100% Canon:

(under Saturnyne)

"escaped & captured Sat-Yr9

(X-Men/Magneto: The Chaos Engine Trilogy Book 2 &
X-Men/Red Skull: The Chaos Engine Trilogy Book 3, 2002)"

And Again: (Marvel.com)

(Under Cosmic Cube)

"Cube merged dimensions (X-Men: The Chaos Engine Trilogy, 2000-2002)"

In regards to present day earth based technology, I'd say Marvel.

Necro-bump. 👆
