While PC Supes is God incarnate...he was really weak to magic. And Odin pretty much wields the most powerful magic in the marvel Universe(IMO)
Unless PC Supes pulls out a Anti-Odin power out of his ass he will lose and bad. Sad thing is...he could probably come up with such a power.
