Who would be the 5 characters in SF who have demonstrated or have been said to have the most power?

What are some of the things each has done, may I ask?

I've been curious on what Oro and Gill can do.

As far as Street Fighter Akuma goes, he destroyed his island, split Ayers Rock, and kicked a sunken ship out of an ocean.

Gill has/can split a sea, the sky, resurrect himself once a day, and rain small but damaging ice/fire meteors.

Oro with one hand stalemated non-serious Akuma a.k.a Jesus.

Bison...is Bison.

Ryu dodged two bullets EASILY, lifted a heavy ass boulder on both arms, and as Evil Ryu, one-shotted F@gat and can shoot Hadoukens that wreck buildings even.

Edit: Akuma can also skate on water.
