Superboy Prime vs. Runner ( Space Gem )

just based on there abilities, the runner should win but he aint that smart... might go something like this:
(Runner blitzes SPB a few times)
SPB: How are you so fast?
Runner: Oh, this gem, you wanna try?

Superboy-prime and Runner are equally as fast. That or Superboy-prime is faster, based upon the fact that he flew to the center of the universe in seconds, blitzed three flashes, beat bart to new earth even though he had absorbed the speed force... I don't see how runner is going to beat Superboy-prime as easily as people think he will... Superboy-prime will win this not just based upon speed, but based upon the fact that he is immeasurably stronger and more durable than the runner. Superboy-prime 7-8/10.
