Ryu Hayabusa vs Shang Tsung

This matchup is two rounds.

ROUND ONE - Normal Match: Both are at their strongest incarnations.

ROUND TWO - Movie Match: Ryu and Shang from their respective movies (Kane Kosugi and Cary Hiroyuki-Tagawa, respectively) duke it out.

Round one, Ryu clinches a hard win.

Round two, Shang Sung tears him a new one.

Ryu anally rapes Tsung first round, 2nd one I have no idea, never seen DOA movie(heard it sux).

Shang Tsung wins. Flawless victory. Fatality. Animality. Babality. Toasty.

Ryu is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much faster than Tsung, speed blizt ftw.

In the DOA movie, it portrays Hayabusa really badly.

So the movie really does suck?

It had a good premise, but was executed horribly.

In my opinion, Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa made a perfect Shang Tsung.

Tsun'g s badass, yes.

Ryu hand to hand, will put up a fight, considering his above average strength and great speed. Even with a weapon, Tsung will be able to defeat him and/or kill him. I think Tsung can use a weapon as well.

Also, I think Tsung's magic is way better than busa's ninpo.

I vote against Ryu when he obviously loses, or if the opposing character has higher chances, like Shang Tsung in this case.

H2H,, most likely. Against Ryu with any weapon equipped like: Plasma Saber Mk.II and Dark Dragon Blade (which technically would transform him into the Devil Incarnate) Hell no.
