Thor in teh curbstompinz. Even though he hasn't really done anything so we have no clue. Presumably he's just at Classic levels, since there's no reason to think he got an upgrade or downgrade.
But seriously, even if they DO happen to fight, it's never a clear-cut thing when two heroes fight. Thor will punk him somehow, get in the bad graces of SHIELD, but not do too much damage to him. Strange, BRB, and Sentry are probably the only people on Earth capable of actually doing anything to him.

Hulk and BB have never really been at his level...at least not consistently. SG's a plot device, albeit a funny one, and Daap? I dunno...maybe. He seems kinda high on hype and low on feats.
That I know of Ironman and Thor have fought about three times.
First time I know of Ironman was clearly winning (or at least he looked better in the fight)
Second he lost, but he was also ambushed by him and low on power (he had just fought with someone else and traveled a long way)
Third he held his own against RKT with the Thor Buster Armor
Just saying....if Thor was smart he would win everytime, but considering he is just a big guy with a hammer most of the time, Tony can outsmart him.

SG goes without saying... and I was kidding about Daap. Hell, he doesn't even have hype. That's all me, baby.
