I recall her sparring with Flash at times. Obviously he wasn't going all out speedwise but seeing as how she fought many many people with superspeed in the past it's more than reasonable to say she's fast.

Since she's still got him beat in terms of skill and can fly even without speed she'd be able to take a few wins.
