Since when does 'brawn' have anything to do with a big frame? To be brawny means to be muscular.

Big frame does not equal muscle mass. She's talking about those with bulging muscles and 6-pack abs. Me being tall and bulky is not the same.

There's really only one way to interpret it, the way it was worded, and the only way you could interpret it differently is if you misread it.
