No, he hates humans because he's looking at it from a completely one sided view, that nothing we've done has had a positive and everything has had a negative.
And if you think putting someone who thinks humans are scum into a ghetto is going to make them appreciate human life more...well, that's another type of stupid/wishful/irrational thinking.
