Perhaps, but we see very few New Avengers there... I would think we'd see more from Cap's side.

Yeah but smashing Starks fascistic skull into pulp may be satisfying, but it 'aint gonna magically make the Registration act disappear. It's legal now (and If I guess right, it's probably part of the Marvel-verse constitution)
