LCD Monitor Suggestion

I want to buy a new LCD Monitor and my budget will be $300-$400 CAD. 19'' inch is the best but I don't know which brands or which store will be good and cheaper. So anyone can give me suggestion? I will appreciate about that.

I got an Samsung Syncmaster 206BW 20inch LCD and I love it.

same here but i have the 22" and its awesome. With a budget of 300-400 you can easily get up to 22" and might even find a cheap 24" but I would suggest the Samsung.
