Nobody could really tell unless they killed somebody already. Then again, people get killed because they have a fancy phone, or criticise opinions, or fall in love with someone the family disagrees on.
But it does takes a great amount of blinded craziness, in any form, to kill a person. Sadly, crazy is cheap.
