She told him to blow his brains out after she slid the gun to him...She never slid the gun to him, therefore he had free range to do whatever he wanted to her. And plus, it took a few tries for her to tell him to sleep last episode, showing that he was harder to control. I'm mad she's dead though, I liked her.
As for the episode as a whole, I thought it was great. I don't think Peter's actually the bomb, it was only a dream, but it was a great turn of events. The Haitian I think is good, he was just waiting for the right time to make his move; I believe he was working with Eden the whole time. And the painting was quite funny, I wonder how Hiro makes that mistake, eh?

The point I was getting across is that she attempted to use her power of suggestion on Sylar.She told him to take the gun and blow his brains out. He didn't.

what is more interesting is when she tried to shoot him, he said "you know that wont hurt me" so apparantly hes not scared of a bullet to the brain...

And I heard it, and then she gave Sylar some orders and he didn't obey, therefore she used her powers on him and it didn't work.
I see what you're saying though. You're saying that the command would only be activated after she passed the gun to him and then he would follow the orders. Oh well................

Your whole argument is based on a fallacy: that being that I'm denying that she used her power. Which, in fact, I'm not. I'm telling you she used it, but her wording wasn't right and it back fired, resulting in her death.
If I had Eden's powers and told you to "Go run around when the sun comes up." that means until the sun comes up, you can do whatever the heck you want; if it's killing me, like what happened to Eden, then tough luck.
And about Sylar not being worried about bullets: he's been shot at before and been just fine. I don't know why this time would be any different.

what about saying "you want to go get some donuts" that just means he wanted to didnt mean he had to go.... I dont think her power is that specific that the wording has to be so specific. Either way she was dumb, now shes dead.
But back to the gun thing: Sylar's been shot before, so we've already known he has some defense against bullets. Whether it be an extension of his psychokinesis, or something else, I have no idea.
I look at it this way with Sylar, he sees how things work and then can take the powers of others so it makes since that if you use you powers on him giving time can become immune or resistant to them. I’m pretty sure that he couldn’t use his powers at first in the cell but remember his power is to figure out how things work.
As for Peter I have a feeling it is like he is evolving and he retains the powers that he come across before.
