Peter's power is that he can mimic anybody's power who he is in close vicinity to.
The painter just for now can only access his powers while high. I agree with Pittman that later he will discover that he can do it without getting high.

didnt notice his, and i dont need to pay more attention i didnt say he painted on the tattoo, i said he got his thumb wet and smeared the painting to make it show up. He clearly had some reason to do this, he wasnt just randomly smearing parts he had a feeling (his foresight powers) that he should do it. I didnt mean to imply I thought he could now go and paint an entire picture, but his powers are surely progressing.

that wasnt speculation, it is in fact whats going to happen. Hes just looking at this different then everyone else. Hes extremely excited and so thankful to have the powers and always hyper and ready for a journey. what you may see as gay is just him being excited and expressing himself.

I think its safe to say Micah discovered his ability a while ago. I guess he has some connection to technology.. hes been shown before to be incredibly gifted. I dont think he necisarily knows his mom has a second personality, that may have been more of a situation where child knows mother and jessica just didnt talk like his mom or quite sound like her.
