I don't know, the fact that Wolverine's made comment about T'challa's speed on two seperate occasions does set up a strong case that he has at least some sort of speed advantage, though pobably nothing monumental. to say the same thing about Sabretooth though, just seems assinign.

Logan was surprized by black panther speed, but a lot fo that was due to black panthers senses that Logan did not know he possessed.
The black panther said there is no way wolverine has my jungle swiftness. So really it was black panther who was surprized with Logans speed.
The second fight Logan was surprized by black panthers speed.......does that make black panther faster hello no. It means wolverine did not think he be that fast and seeing as how black panther supossivly got upgraded that would also explain it.
