First round: Shenlong's moveset will be too much for Feng to handle. Feng may be powerful, but Shen is more agile and will beat him easy.

Second round: Feng's power might be too much for Shen if he dosen't watch out.

I say Shen after a hard fought battle.

Well, Feng's God form or whateva it's called basically just improves his ounching power tenfold. I lack knowledge of Long so I'll hold my opinion.
