Classic Thor has done some tricks without Mjolnir as well. Such as creating a storm by breathing or twirling his cape.

Hail wouldn't be in bullet form. Plus it has a small terminal velocity and thus couldn't hurt anything but glass.

But diana wouldn't just sit there and let this happen anyway.

Thor's always been able to summon storms and such without the aid of Mjolnir. As a matter of fact he did so before his death in a physical bout with Hercules.

Anyways, Thor brings down the house on Diana.

WW is too fast to let Thor do anything.
She would be on him like white on rice.
