Culture and looks: who decided?

Ok, here's an example of someone who I always LOVED, she's a loner, she died a long time ago, she was into herbs and astrology and the universe.

I considered her hispanic and so did she, and I try to always respect what others tell me they think they are, I don't impose b/c I don't want it imposed on me (liberty).

Here's an article talking about the idea that "something" was done to her.

Do you think culture is part of looks, or do you think a person has the right to chose, if they chose, should they be cursed or treated very badly?

The rich or people of wealth make the call when it comes to culture and looks. They set the trend.

That's not entirely true, I'd say it's the quirkier the better right now. Not necessarily the most expensive.
