Zekel held out his hand. "You will see...watch now." The sand below the young warriors feet began to shift, then it began to bellow in in a twister around them both. Then the sand dropped. An orb of flame appeared floating above the exiled fire warriors hand and Zekel hurled it into the ocean. A fine spray from the evaporating water was hurled up. Holding his hand steady he called the spray to him and created a small pool of water between them. "Power." Zekel then turned to walk away.

Before Zekel started waking he said. "They killed my entire family and exiled me. At one time I wanted revenge but now I have learned control. Even my feelings. My...anger." He began walking. "I hate them more than you will ever be able to."

[i thought diamond said only one element

[Yup but my character is only fire. He has learnt the ability to control air, ground and water elements over 25 years of hard training. And no he can only do small things with these abilties. Like throw small stones and gusts of air using his control of fire without heating the objects he can control them but it takes concentration and much energy.]

[Not possible for every character to do this and im not too sure if Diamond Kisses is alright with it.]

[she said only one element you have to be the avatar to have more then your element

[Discussions in the sign up thread, It interrupts the RP!]

["Hmm...Disregard all my posts since the fight. I am on the beach meditating after speaking to Hou. I have no strong interest in meeting another Fire bender ok?"] [that should also fit with my bio too. My characters personality. After all I'm an even greater traiter than he is and have been hiding for most of my life.]

Zuke gave out a yawn, before he got up from his bed. He put his gear on and walked out into the morning sun. The blinding flash from the sun itself was a wonderful sight, as it made him almost feel like a new person. The heat was embraced by the firebender, as he walked out in the middle of the village. He looked around, noticing a few new faces. He however did not see the one face he could not stop thinking of, but she would probably be around soon enough. As for morning warmup, he decided to walk a bit of-road. He always did some bending and gymnastical excersizes at mornings, to keep himself in form.

A brief moment later, he got up on a hill, where he took a deep breath. There was no trees and no grass or such around, to set fire on. The perfect place to excersize. With a few elegant motions, and a deep breath, he claimed the fiery heat from the morning sun and almost drawed in the air infront of him. Making symbols of different kind in the air, before closing his fists. Shortly after, the symbols that had remained in the air was drawn together and formed a fireball in front of him. This fireball briefly after took the shape of a fist, just like Zuke's. As he clenched his, so did it. Before he suddenly jumped up and kicked it, launching a portion of it up into the air. Following that kick was a number of more, along with a couple of punches.

They were all controled, in order to not cause any harm to nature, nor objects. He repeated the same drill a number of times.

Sitting on the sandy shore Zekelaz [Thats my name. Im changing it] looked out over the sparkling blue ocean. The rising sun was creating a warm feeling within Zekelaz and he drew in energy from it. The ocean calmed him and cleared his mind. He felt at peace. The sand was just beginning to warm under the morning sun and Zekelaz relaxed his muscles and closed his eyes. He didnt know why but the water calmed him. He sighed and created an of orb fire above his palm. The shimmering flames seemed to relish the morning warmth. He dissapated the ball and began to meditate again.

Zuru sat at the base of the Statue of the Avatar Kyoshi, his eyes closed lightly while he inhaled and exhaled slowly. He kept his arms in front of his form as well as his legs crossed beneath him, his facial expressions remaining calm. He stretched out his fingers, appearing as if he were holding something in front of him. A small spark of flame ignited and a ball of rolling flame appeared between his hands. As he meditated quietly, the ball became larger, the size of a large coconut as it rose above his head and out to the side of his form. He repeated the process with about 9 more balls of fire, a circle of flame now spinning slowly clockwise around his form. His dark brown hair was matted along his forehead and cheeks from the heat of the morning sun. How long have I been out here.. Alone.. Meditating..? He furrowed his brows slightly in frustration as the balls slowly faded away.

Zekelaz opened his eyes. The blue ocean sparkling and wafting about. A smile crept onto his face his golder hair reflecting in the morning light and wavering slightly in the cool ocean breeze. 'Yes.' He thought. 'It is peaceful here.' Zek stared out at the rising sun and found himself instead looking at the ocean. 'Do I hate my own kind that much that I am ashamed of my own powers. I could remain here at peace forever. If only I...no. I would be hunted down and put this place at risk. Maybe the Avatar can help me.' Zekel paused his thoughts. The reason that he didn't excercise his bending techniques was because he hated his fire skills no matter how powerful he was. Zekelaz held his head in his hands, a tear forming on his cheek. He hoped no one noticed or approached. He hoped, he had hope. 'Yes.' He thought. 'I am no-one, I have no-one except is myself. I hope this world we stand on will become a better place....' The ocean glistened in the light.

Uno wandered down the path of Kyoshi village, stopping as she saw the strangely looking Zuru. By the look of his face, she was uncertain what mood he was in. It was hard to tell. She shrugged and smiled, as anyone could be cheered up with the right approach. She closed her eyes and stomped the ground. A gentle push made Zuru stand up trough earthbending. Another one had a block push him forth towards her and a third stomp made the block form into a chair. The chair ran against Zuru's legs and forced him to sit down just in front of Uno.

"Hi there, my name is Uno"

Her face shun with a bright smile and she waved at him. As she opened her eyes, she noticed the chair was a little low. She made a quick stomp and raised it to have Zuru sitting with his head in the same height as hers.

This all happened in a matter of seconds, not allowing Zuru to react much.

Hou slowly walked over a couple of rocks, standing on a slightly higher ground above Zekelaz. She smiled and sighed at the same time. Seemed like there were a lot of people around here that seeked for the avatar, but had problems finding themselves. She slid down the hill and stopped behind him. She awaited his reaction. She made no sound, allowing him to be the first to speak.

Zekel heard her arrive and turned and stood. He bowed. "Hello Hou. I hadnt expected anyone but I will say good morning." The tears remained on his cheeks. He turned back to the ocean. "Why does water calm me Hou? Why is it that I must run from my own? Why must I hate my powers?" Zekel asked knowing Hou probably wouldnt know the answers. "I am sorry." He gave her a smile but it disappeared as quickly as it was given.

Looking up and opening his eyes, Zuru lifted the right corner of his mouth in what you could call a small smile. "I'm Zuru, pleasure to meet you, Uno." He stood then, his eyes shimmering softly with a small spark of interest. He quickly turned and forced a ball of flame into the chair behind him, sending backwards to rest against the statue of Avatar Kyoshi.

"Firebender, eh? Fascinating! The firebender in the village told so much about your art of bending. What was his name again? Khaz I believe. How is it like, being a bender of fire?"

She was excited that she for once was met by a smile. She believed this was the first time since the newcomers arrived at the island. She had been looking so much forward to talking to the group and the members in it, but no one had seemed to want to talk to her.

"Water has a tendency of calming. Relaxing. The waves send out positive energy that allows your mind to soothen up. It is fascinating, really. So are all elements, but in different ways. You may hate your powers because you do not know them fully. You might be a powerful bender, you might know secrets to many abilities, but that does not often mean you know your element. Just the arts that come with it.

There is a bright side in all things. Even fire. You simply need to find it. Find the calming sense of fire, like you find water relaxing"

She smiled at the man, who apologized. She shook her head. There was nothing to feel sorry about. She formed this group to help, but not only to retrieve the avatar. To bring people together. Forge hope and forge dreams. She believed that the differences between each and every one in the group could bring more balance to one another.

Zuru sighed somewhat. "You fight.. And kill.. Some don't agree with it, but they do not argue with the Fire Lord." He looked down as his smile faded somewhat. "Those who don't are either killed or have fled and been deemed traitors. I was one who escaped." He cocked his head somewhat. "What about you earthbenders?" His small smirk appeared once again, this time his eyes leaving no traces of the activity coursing through his mind. The memories he had of his Father and when he was executed.

He was glad though, that someone was showing interest in him, even if he was feeling bad about things. He had to let them know he was a different person, not just someone who was tormented every waking moment by the death of his Father or his death-defying escape from the Fire Nations rage.

At this Zekel did smile. "You are well educated and...forgive me...you are very beautiful." He said. "Just like the ocean." He motioned her to join him and sat back down on the sand. "Join me?" He asked.

"Mother...... I mean, Hou always tells me that earthbenders hold the strength of mother earth herself. That we have fists of iron and that we are living, kicking proof of stability. I enjoy earthbending. Mainly because it is everywhere. I can do as good as anything I like, anytime I like.

Like this:"

She stomped her ground, having blocks of stone rise around the two. Another stomp had the rocks folded as a third stomp formed the rocks into a tent. She smashed her left fist into her right, as a little hole opened up on top of the rocky tent. The sun glared into the tent and straight onto Zuru's face.

"This is only a few of many things I can do"
