Hmmm, if it's the Spawn from just Soul Calibur then probably Dante. But from the comics, Spawn bathes in Dantes blood.

Depends which Spawn. With 1st and 3rd ages Spawns Dante can win at least 6\10(over the weakest versions), 2nd and especially 4th age Spawns kill him mercilessly even if we're taking into account stuff like Sparda/Super Sparda form.

And Soul Calibur version...I think Dante wins that.
