The Champion is depressed. Nobody respects him anymore.
So he does what Rocky did in Rocky 3. HE DOES A VERY LONG EXTENDED TRAINING MONTAGE! 😛 And in no time at all, he's back to the shape he was in back when he fought Earth's best in a boxing ring.

So upon arriving on earth again, he boasted that he could take any man on the planet in the boxing ring. And lo and behold, Mongul, fresh from conquering a planet, was also in the bar at the time. A broken bottle and a few pay per view deals later.........

The rules for the bout are simple. Contestants are locked into an indestructible boxing ring. Bouts continue for 3 and a half minutes, at which point a 30 second break will happen. At the end of 15 rounds, if there is no KO, our judges will be decide the winner.

First judge: Immortal Hercules.
Second judge: Ted Grant (Wildcat).
Third Judge: Thanos.

Referee: Darkseid.

*ding ding* Darkseid: "You will face each other and die for our entertainment. Now fight."

Going by champ's official stats? Champ by a mile.

Going by his actual showings? Mogul no contest. Champ has jobbed in every single appearance he's ever had.
