That's my point. I mean I don't expect Punisher to get attacked by someone pretending to be his father at the end of the run. Hell I would hope it's nothing like Batman RIP.

Look at Necrosha, we have New Mutants, Phalanx, 16 million dead mutants, Selene, Humanati, New X-Men and possibly Gen X. If anything the story will focus more on the Wither thing then anything else. Sure there are similarities but they are very superficial similarities.

And I fail to see how Emma Frost can't be heavily in this story since she had strong ties to half those characters who died.

UXM #514 Preview...this looks pretty good IMO.

Art looks pretty good. Not a big fan of Daken's claws (bottom one at least).

I havent been reading much in Marvel, but do these teams actually call themselves "Dark X-men" and "Dark Avengers" to the public?

Nah they don't. Those words are never used, they refer to themselves as the X-Men and Avengers.

Oh and from that Preview it would seem that Fraction fixed Austens mistake and changed Mindee's name to Irma. Now the Cuckoos = S.P.I.C.E.
