You should play Hide & Seek only at night, and the seekers aren't allowed flashlights (as long as there is nothing for them to fall into it should be fine).

Giant carpeted rooms with nothing in them and no light whatsoever are the best though. It's like being a blind ninja.

Pillows and/or lightsabers make the experience more enjoyable as well, as well as entirely dorky and/or homoerotic. But it's good fun.

Also, I did the college campus CTF before. It was almost too big a playing field, even with sizable teams.

I'm thinking 20-30 people...

And besides, that's what makes it great.

I played hide 'n seek in pitch black in my cousin's house like at 3 am and just yelled quotes until we heard a snicker and found someone...it was fun...

About that size. And it was just too formless...a good CTF has structure and purpose, with the possibility for various strategies. We would just meander around for long stretches without seeing anyone or anything.

understandable. But we play hardcore CTF. We're like commandos. So any size, any playing field, immediately becomes fun if you know how to mobilize the troops.
