um...no..No Limits Fallacy is taking something like "Kain cannot die" and then having him fight people like Galactus and saying "well, it says he can't die!!" Galactus is simply out of Kain's league and just because his immortality rule applies to Nosgoth, it does not mean it applies to all fiction; especially fiction with characters who can blink Nosgoth out of existence.
Nosgoth being blinked out of excistence is impossible, its not in its timeline set down by its creator, nobody other than the creator can get rid of a rule like that, same the time is immutable one.
and no, if it says he cannot die, he canont die, simple, if Galactus blinks Kain out of excistence, then hes not really dieing, hes being removed, which is also in theory impossible for the same reasons Kain cannot die, but either way, you can only "defeat" Kain, not destroy him ime afraid, otherwise were in the region of assumptions and guesses, if a direct rule of a character such as Kain cannot die, Super Jedah regeneration says so, the no matter what, this power comes into play unless the opposing characters have a way around it
