U and I know Galactus fears Tiamut, the Dreaming Celestial. According to the great mini by Gaiman, Tiamut is the most powerful being

Arishem the Judge or Exitar the Exterminator can defeat teh Big G. IMO

Ashema the Listener said Franklin rivals one Celestial and they respect him

Onslaught's defeat (even thought it was PIS) leads me to the conclusion that Galactus would beat him in a serious fight.

Franklin Richards is under Galactus IMO.

Its a shame Guardians of the Galaxy was cancelled. He's listed as a Celestial(Earth-691)
