Can Strider Hiryu and Hien overcome both Dante and Vergil?

Dante has all chances to win against Strider Hirui, and as for second matchup...don't know much about Hien, but he also seems to be weaker than Vergil.

Stryders are famous for thair speed, but that trumpcard isn't going to save them there.

Especially considering Quicksilver.
