But as for mods, all the global mods have the same power, there is no most powerful. Same with local mods.

Most mods do handle THEIR shit, that's the problem. That handle THEIR shit, not the forum's shit. The rules apply when they want them to, and when it's most convenient. This has slowly become painfully apparant to everyone rather than just a few people.

BackFire would probably admit with scary sincerity that he barely mods as it is, in fact, he has done.
