Peter Petrelli

Started by HueyFreeman12 pages

Peter will never have the level of control with his powers like the other heroes. It takes time for each of the others power to be controlled. He has too many. I think he will just retain their power base level but I doubt anything else. Thats probably why Sylar focused on Telekinesis the most. Peter couldn't stand up to him because of it.

Invulnerability would be a boring power.

I think Peter can use telekinesis just as well as Sylar, when he's pissed off enough.

Nah, Sylar could focus his power not only move things but also complete control of their movements. His focus was so good he made a telekinetic scalpal to remove the brains of others. Peter hasn't shown nearly this level of control yet.

He has the haitians powers now... you realize how powerful he is! AH

So ive been wondering... If he has the haitians powers... and he uses his power to dim down others powers.. does it work on peters other powers as well?

And General Zink is right, it seems like peter gets more powerful when hes forced into it.. or when hes pissed...

Can anyone say.. Gohan?

You sure he has the Haitians powers? The Haitian blocks other peoples powers, so maybe Peter cant take his power.

Its hard to tell.. but if he did.. peter is pretty much god eH?

If nathan was able to fly away still, maybe peter was able to absorb it at some point? ... not really sure

Yeah, thats why I hope he doesnt, where is the excitement if he can just nullify all Sylar's powers next time they fight? That would suck. lol

lol true.. too godly

Peter can never be too godly.....its up to the writers to make exciting stories, when the first season was half way thru...i heard the same things, but good writing will always make the difference imo

thats if they arent on strike

I may be wrong but i heard the last writers strike lasted 22 weeks 😠

agh

See I'd love for Peter to gain all the powers but like I've said before. I realize how pointless an all powerful hero is. I'd really love for him to have the Haitian's powers but I'm betting the Haitian was especially careful to make sure Peter wasn't able to copy his ability.

If I had an ability like that I wouldn't want to let someone as powerful potentially as Peter replicate it. If just out of pure preparation.

Also does anyone else realize the level of control Peter should have over his abilities now that he's been forced to learn to use them instinctively and he now remembers most of what he can do?

No more having to concentrate on who he gained the ability from combined with the things he now remembers he's gained.

Also I've realized why telekinesis is the only ability they've shown him gaining form Sylar.
They obviously didn't want him instantly gaining all Sylars abilities for the effect of how much faster he'd become unstoppable. They also couldn't have him gaining Sylar's original power because then Peter wouldn't have had all that interesting story with the trouble of learning how his abilities worked. But at the same time they had to have him gain at least one ability form Sylar due to the nature of Peter's ability.

At least he got Sylar's coolest ability. Even if it wasn't the one most beneficial for Peter.

Wouln't he overload. Remember the last time he came into contact with too many powers at once he went into a coma.

I think Sylar's coolest power is actually cryokinesis. Get it? Coolest? It makes ice?

...really, though, his coolest power is intuitive aptitude, his original ability. That would be WAY too useful in almost every situation.

Reported for not being funny.

He is just amazing, he kicks butt. And he is so gorgeous. 😄

I'd like to see an episode later on down the line where a fully developed and controlled Peter comes from the future and saves everything from utter destruction and then only walk up to present Peter and tell him he has power beyond all of their imaginations and just not to let the powers darkness over take him. Then present Peter could say "I won't". Then future Peter could just simply say with a grin, "I know" and leaves.

That is the gayest thing I ever heard. And not the good butt-****ing gay either.
